I have dealt with numerous representatives from various card companies claiming they could reduce my company’s expenses by switching, but I am averse to change and dislike managing the transition process, including retraining my staff. Forthright, however, made the transition seamless and efficient by sending their team to set up terminals and ensuring I had all necessary resources. As a gun dealer, finding a reliable card processor has been challenging, but Forthright not only caters to the gun industry but also demonstrates a strong support for the 2A, which matters greatly to me.

I went with EJ Born to do my credit card processing through Forthright services, he has been amazing!!! Every question, technical issue or problem solving item, he was been always there to help. THIS IS A VERY PROFESSIONAL COMPANY AND WE LOVE OUR NEW POS SYSTEM! We have employees of all ages and the system was simple and easy to learn for everyone. Jeff came out and set it up, and thoroughly explained how it all worked. Whenever we have a question, Jeff is very quick to reply and give us an answer. The receipts for the customers are short and easy to read. Overall we are very pleased with forthright services and would recommend to any small businesses or any business in general.
